  • Creating a ticket via xGUS web interface

  4. Authentication: The authentication can be done using EUDAT B2ACCESS, EGI Check-in
  5. . For new users, we recommend to register in any of these 2 federated AAI’s to be able to access to xGUS and submit a request/incident.
