Creating a ticket via xGUS web interface
- Authentication
- Using EUDAT B2ACCESS or EGI Check-in. For new users, we recommend to register in any of these 2 federated AAI’s to be able to access to xGUS and submit a request/incident.
- create an incident/request click on “Submit Ticket” and fill up the form linked to this top menu tab
